In the event of any copyright infringement, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or licensing violation introduced by a third-party developer or agency, the third-party developer assumes 100% of the financial, legal, and penal liability. EngiProducts LLC, its directors, and its researchers claim full indemnification and hold absolutely no liability for the unauthorized digital placements made by contracted external vendors.

All proprietary concepts, technical literature, biomimetic research, and brand identifiers are protected under United States Intellectual Property Law. Specifically, the brand name “Kwyro” is a formally registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Serial No. 99603626).
